When you connect your Strava account to Training Plan, we access the following information through Strava's API:

What We Don't Collect
We do not access or store:

Coach-Athlete Data Access
If you use coach-athlete collaboration features, your training data may be shared with your linked coach or athlete inside Training Plan.
- Relationship access requires explicit consent from both parties before access is activated
- Linked coaches can view plan details, progress signals, and edit training plans for linked athletes
- In-app chat messages and attachments (images/PDFs) are stored to provide collaboration history
- Either party can revoke access at any time, which immediately ends future coach access
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data: View all data we store about you through your dashboard
- Delete your data: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
- Disconnect Strava: Revoke our access to your Strava account at any time through your Strava settings
- Export your data: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have additional rights (for example correction, objection, restriction, or complaint rights with a local data protection authority). We will apply the rights available under applicable law.
Adaptive Recommendations
Training Plan uses algorithms to analyze your running data and provide training insights. These recommendations are:
